For those times when issues can’t be fixed over the phone or over the Internet, we have onsite technicians who can be deployed to your site to fix the issues. There are several situations where an onsite visit just makes more sense:

When there is new equipment to set up
When there is a network or connectivity issue and we can’t connect to the system
When the issue is too complicated to troubleshoot over the phone or it will take too much customer time when the customer could be getting work done on a different system
When we can’t connect and the employee or customer is too upset or frazzled to make troubleshooting over the phone effective
