SMB Terms for Promotional Services

From time to time, Locke Systems will offer promotional services to Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients. Unless otherwise stated, promotional services are only offered to businesses who meet the following criteria. Qualifying Criteria:

• In relation to computer services, SMB clients are defined as clients who do not employ full-time technical staff for computer or telecommunications support.

• Promotional services are not provided to individuals or organizations who directly compete with Locke Systems in the computer service and support arena.
