How it Works
-
Analysis - First
we analyze your current setup and look for ways to
centralize and automate administration. We also look at
other ways to reduce support costs
-
Upgrades and
Reconfiguration of Network: -
We will then report and present an estimate of what may
need to be purchased or reconfigured in order to get the network
to a "Reduced Administration Mode".
-
Reduced Administration
Mode - At this point your network is streamlined and Locke Systems can effectively support
your network in place of full-time IT help. Based on how many
computers and user you are supporting, we will come up with a
fixed monthly amount to provide total support to your network.

An IT support team consisting of an Account Manager, a Network
Engineer and Network Technicians will be assigned to your
company. They will provide support in all of the following ways:
-Virtual Support:
Technicians are readily available to provide phone support and have
the ability to remotely connect to computers and fix issues from our
office. (This is phone support from Tacoma, not India! And these are
the same techs that come out to your office every week so they know
your network and don't waste your time asking you questions about
your system that you don't know.)
-Onsite Support:
For routine computer repairs and issues that can't be fixed via
remote support, technicians will come out at regularly scheduled
intervals to take care of IT requests that accumulate.
-On-Call Support:
When problems are urgent on-call technicians are on rotation to show
up and resolve issues that occur.
-Other Options:
After your network is upgraded to Reduced Administration Mode, you
still own the system and have the option of hiring or developing
part-time IT help in-house as needed or may opt to just use hourly
support options as opposed to having a support package. |
